Psychological services for individuals, couples, and families.

Since 2001

Emotionally-focused therapy and social justice.

My approach is holistic with a base in emotionally-focused therapy and social justice; it is trauma-informed, LGBTQ2S+ aware and affirmative, sex positive, and anti-oppressive. I draw from Emotion-Focused, Cognitive Behavioural, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and Narrative traditions of therapy.

I deeply believe in the innate ability of the human organism to grow, change, and heal. Sometimes we need help from a professional to facilitate this process.
