My approach is holistic with a base in emotionally-focused therapy and social justice; it is trauma-informed, LGBTQ2S+ aware and affirmative, sex positive, and anti-oppressive.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy aims to help you address challenges in your life, such as stress, anxiety, depression and/or relationship issues. The goal is to help you gain clarity, address your needs, and develop a greater sense of peace and purpose in your life.

Relational therapy

Relational therapy aims to help people understand the problematic patterns in their relationships, and the underlying emotions and needs that fuel these patterns. With greater awareness, couples can learn new skills and strategies that will generate better communication and deeper connection.
